This scholarship is sponsored by a member of STAAR Leaders and is dedicated in memory of her husband, Esau “Ike” Miller who answered the Master’s call on March 23, 2017. He served 4 years in the Navy on the USS Bon Homme Richard CVA-31.

Ike as he was affectionately called wasn’t a man of many words but when he spoke, you listened. He loved children and to see them succeed in high school, college or armed forces. Death is a transition that should be celebrated. What better way to celebrate than honoring Esau ‘Ike’ Miller Scholarship.
