The STAAR Leaders Achievement Scholarship Award is designed to help college bound high achievers pursue their dream.

Funds for this scholarship are generated from membership dues, donations, as well as fundraising activities.

Recipients of this scholarship would have demonstrated community involvement and high academic standards.

STAAR Leaders Achievement Scholarship Award is an annual award given to any college bound individual who has maintained a minimum grade point of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in high school or college.
