SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
STAAR Leaders award scholarships annually to deserving students in Rochester and surrounding communities (Monroe County). STAAR Leaders scholarships are funded through donations (individuals and businesses), fundraising, and sponsored programs such as the Name Your Scholarship Program (NYSP).
