This scholarship is sponsored by a member of STAAR Leaders and is dedicated in memory of her grandmother, Dora N. Khumalo-Zimba of South Africa.

STAAR Leaders and the scholarship sponsor are proud to dedicate this award in Grandmother Khumalo-Zimba's memory to help to keep his legacy alive. 

The Dora N. Khumalo-Zimba Memorial Scholarship is awarded to any college bound individual who has maintained a good academic record in high school or college. The recipient of this award is expected to have some community service experience.
