This scholarship is dedicated to Dr. William S. Seese and his wife Ann Seese who are residents of both Casper, Wyoming and Tucson, Arizona. 

William and Ann Seese over the years have shown their humanitarian spirit by helping people in need with emotional, financial, and mentoring support. Their desire to help has no boundaries and comes from the heart. For these outstanding qualities, STAAR Leaders and the scholarship sponsor are proud to dedicate this award in their name.

The William and Ann Seese Scholarship Award is an annual award given to any college bound individual who has maintained a good academic record in high school or college. The recipient of this award is expected to have some community service repertoire.
